Radio and live gigs

Here we go the hard work is getting harder. The radio has been up for 3 weeks now and all seems to be working fine. our first night saw us with 1026 listeners, fantastic for us. Our first Live performance over the radio gave us 768 listeners, very good for a tuesday Night.
There are many changes coming to us for the next few weeks. The website is moving.... AGAIN!!!! Yes again. finally got a .com website, plus it looks better.
Lots of live gigs coming up so I will have to get moving on posting there locations and dates.
As I keep saying, my new album is going great but still not close to being finished, at this rate I am thinking of putting a couple of christmas songs on it and releasing it in Dec 2010.
Anyway I'll try and keep everybody up to date on everything that is going on.

Incredible things have happened. I have been so busy with making the best album yet.
A lot of new material, the first album I have that has my own work. The album has been in the making for 5 years and I have never been confident with the songs. Now I am confident that it will hit the top.
I was very sad that my last album didn't do very well, I did have high hopes for it but it wasn't meant to be.
I will not give up no matter how bad a record sale is.

As I said at the beginning, incredible things have happened; one of which is a new business partner. Future plans are going to be big so watch this space for news on what we are doing....

Hey guys
As you can see I have updated the website at long last.
December was a fantastic and very busy month for me. My Christmas album raised over £700 so that was a bonus. I worked pretty much non-stop with my gig's, but enjoyed every moment.
I have taken a long awaited holiday and have been doing a bit of work on a new album called 'Chris Sings Cliff'...
I know what your going to say, why take a holiday and work? Well thats because it's a more relaxing environment. Lot's of singer's do it. so look forward to the 5th Feb for the release.

Christmas Is Upon Us

Ladies and gentleman.
We are fastly approaching christmas, and my tour is coming to an end.
There were many gigs that haven't been posted up that I have done. I have raised a total of £750.00 for my album and I will like to thank all of you who purchased it.
I have had a lot of fun and a lot of heartache and glitches during this tour, but have not regretted one moment of it.
Two extra dates have been added both held at the Golden Fleece In Manor Park, these dates are 24th December and the 31st December, seeing the new year in.
I have struggled a bit with a throat infection and the doctor telling me not to sing, but I am fully healed now and ready for my last three dates.
I would like to thank all my fans, which may I say is growing fast, my friends and family and one special thank you to my grandfather. Who, without his great love for music, would never have opened the door to such a fun loving experience.
I also thank Deborah Clifford for being a great support for the company and myself.
I am going to end this with the announcement of a new album, which I will start working on in the New Year. Hopefully I will finish it by February and also the start of a third album called 'Cliff vs Chris'.

Christmas Tour Report 2

My Christmas tour has been extended to four dates.
5th December, The Albion Pub
10th December, The Golden Fleece Pub
12th December, The Royal Oak Pub
19th December, King George V

The tour will consist of songs from my album, plus some new material, and my rock n roll section as always.
These nights will be fun for all ages.

Just some news on my album. It is completed and will be released on the 5th December for £6.00.
I will remind everyone, I will not be making any money from it, as it is all going to the Cancer Research Fund at Willen Hospice.

Christmas tour

You'll be pleased to know, I will be doing a tour for my Christmas album. 'Unforgettable Christmas'.
I will be performing songs from my album plus some great classics.
You'll also notice one of the menu buttons have changed. This is the dates one. This will now show when I have a gig what date and what song's you will likely to hear. It will also have the address date and time.

I hope everyone is looking forward to Christmas, and I hope to make my fans enjoy it even more.

Christmas look

Hi there fans.
It's been a while since my last post. I have been rushed off my feet planning for a mini tour I am doing in December. There are only three dates, one of which is still waiting to be confirmed.

As you are all aware, I started my Christmas album back in September, and have worked myself to pure exhaustion. It is nearly finished and is going to be released at an earlier date. That date is 5th December 2009. "Unforgettable Christmas" has been fun for me to make, enabling me to learn quite a bit. However, because of that, I am pushing back "The Beginning" album.

I am sorry to those of you who were really looking forward to it, but I want everyone to enjoy it. Perfection is the key.
Well anyway, you may have noticed that the site has a Christmas look to it. This is only temporary for the Christmas period.
You'll probably notice some other small changes, but nothing major.

NEW MUSIC SECTION

I have found people have been able to download my songs from my music section. So I have change the way they are played.
I have added two new song's on there but have removed several others.
Hope you enjoy the new look and the songs.

Yes I know, still over a month to go, but it has started early for me. As you can tell I have posted a new song up in my video section. probably the best recording, well at least my favorite.
The Christmas album is moving very fast and is close to being finished.
That is all I have to report for now.

New News

I have decided to make a few small changes. Firstly I decided to post all news onto my blog, rather then doing it separate.
I have posted all the past news already, so for those of you who want to see what my past dates have consisted of, still can.

Now onto what I have been up to.
I have completed two songs of the Christmas Album. I have enjoyed working on them. I thought they were going to be a bit of a pain to master and then edit, but that wasn't the case.
I was going to be doing a mini tour but have had a couple of glitches hit the stand, so now I am going to work hard on getting thing finished.
